Shipping & Returns

The shipping costs depend on the quantity and weight of the ordered products, as well as the dispatch and will be communicated to you before your submission of a binding order.

As a rule, shipping is carried out exclusively via our shipping service provider UPS. Should you require delivery by another service provider or, for example, your own shipping account, please contact our sales team at shop@signotec.de.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, shipping is carried out according to the Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place).

Payment

The payment is very easy, so that you can complete your purchase straightforward. Below you find a list of payment methods you can choose from.

Pre-Payment Pay your order easy by choosing pre-payment. Just complete your order and transfer the invoice amount to our bank account. Your advantage: Just transfer the amount from an account of your choice.

 

Credit Card Just keep your credit card number and your verification code ready. We accept VISA and MasterCard. We do not store your credit card information, but already forward those to our certificated payment provider. Your advantage: The payment will take place immediately and your order can be processed quickly.
