1) Why can't I find a specific product in the shop??
We offer our customers a wide range of solutions for electronic signatures. Our aim is to provide our customers the best possible advice and to find a suitable solution. Some products are highly consultative and are therefore not available in the webstore. It may also be a free product. These can be found directly in the download area on our homepage at https://en.signotec.com/. If you are missing a specific product, please do not hesitate to contact us.
 
2) How can I pay my purchase?
To pay your purchase, you may choose to pay in advance or with credit cards (Visa or MasterCard). You can simply select one of the methods during the order process. For more information, please visit our Shipping & payment conditions.
 
3) How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs of your order depend on the chosen items (size and weight), as well as the delivery address (destination country). The costs consist of the shipping costs, the packaging material, the insurance and the administrative expenses.

4) Can I exchange a purchased item?
The offer in this Online-Shop is intended exclusively for business clients and traders (legal persons and entrepreneurs). Please note: For EU Member States, the VAT-ID-No. (Value Added Tax) is absolutely necessary for order processing. The signotec GmbH generally isn't selling to consumers (natural persons)! From this, it follows that there is NO right of withdrawal after the purchase.

An exchange or a return is always possible, but is connected with a re-storage fee.

5) How do I get my license key?
You can request the license key after payment at lizenz@signotec.de. Depending on the product, you will receive a license file or a license key software activation. You can also find detailed instructions on our homepage under https://en.signotec.com/.
