Drivers and Support
For our products, we offer various drivers to ensure operation in any IT environment. Most of these are for use in a terminal server environments.
Basically you have to know that a terminal server can not easily access the USB ports of the client. In most cases, COM ports are used to get a smooth operation. To do so, you can use our signature pads as an FTDI version, or you can use the HID-USB device with our virtual COM port driver. For Citrix environments, we also offer our Virtual Channel driver.
