REFUND FEES FOR RETURNS

Already purchased products can however be returned. Returns, checking and tests are high costs, which is why we can only reimburse a part of the purchase price according to the following table. The amount of the refund depends on the date of the return and the date of the invoice. A withdrawal of the goods to the following amounts is only possible, inasmuch the device is returned in a faultless and functional state. If the returned products show defects, damage, rough usage, or missing accessories, the repair charges and/or list prices of the accessories are deducted from the reimbursement amount. The shipping costs are not refunded.

Please keep the shipping carton and the product carton carefully for possible return shipping. We ask for your understanding that we have to deduct damaged, described or pasted product boxes from the credit note.
