Software maintenance (AMS*) is an annual software maintenance and support subscription. The costs correspond to 22,5 % of the license costs, but a total of at least 69.00 € per year. The minimum term is 2 years. The contract is automatically renewed for 1 further year if it is not terminated with a notice period of 4 weeks before the end of the contract.
Please note that without software maintenance no free software updates are possible and support is only available via the paid hotline or by email. In addition, signotec does not provide any old software versions and licenses, so you are responsible for archiving your installation and license files yourself.
Only with software maintenance you have the best possible flexibility in handling your licenses!
What's Included
New Product Version Releases
Owners of an AMS are entitled to all minor and major product version releases. Typically, signotec releases anywhere from 1 to 2 major product releases as well as a few minor updates each year.
Priority Technical Support
If the product you licensed does not function according to the product's documentation or you experience any issues, our technical support team will be able to help you on a priority basis. Provided that the issue can be reproduced as an error in the product, signotec will work towards a fix and you will be able to receive the fix as part of the next product update. In many cases, signotec may also provide you with a workaround that you can apply prior to the update.
